- Unused product can be returned for a full refund. Once the product is used it is not eligible for a refund.
- Product being returned for a refund needs to have an RA Number assigned to it. Returns received without an RA Number will be refused. Please call 1-888-667-5477 to obtain your RA Number. Be sure to say that you ordered from SlipResistant.net.
- Size Exchanges: Tell me what size you purchased, your order number and what size you need. I'll then generate RA Number to approve the exchange. Once the return is received I will release the replacement.
- Customer pays the freight on returns and size exchanges.
