ICEGRIPS® are designed for people who spend most of their time working outside or take long winter walks because...while they're not difficult to put on and take off...it takes a little more time to do so. If you're constantly going in and out you should consider another ice grip model that's quicker to put on and remove. But the method ICEGRIPS uses to attach to your shoes and boots is a tremendous advantage for you because they're not going to come off or slip out of place no matter how deep the snow or how bad the wintery conditions.


Screws are deep-seated and secure and won't fall out when you need them most like competing ice grips.

ICEGRIPS® get there traction on ice from 18 hex-head screw on each ice grip. You won't have a problem with them falling out because the screws have special helix thread that keeps them firmly embedded in the thick soles. You can easily replace them when they're worn down. Special Alloy Screws

ICEGRIPS are safer than competing brands because JORDAN DAVID's patented hex-head design has screws beginning at the edge of the base of your heel. That's extremely important because your heel is the first thing to make contact with the ground when you take a normal step. If you don't have that traction on your heel and you forget to take a totally flat step...and you will forget because waking flat-footed isn't normal...your foot's going to go right out from under you.

You won't have to worry about walking over tough terrain that causes many lesser ice grippers to quickly fail because the soles are made from an extremely tough PVC.
Even though the soles are tough they're lightweight and remain flexible and easy to walk in because the grips soles are made from a strong, low-density resin that remains flexible in temperatures as low as -20° F.

Snow, slush and mud won't cake up on the bottom of your shoes as with other brands because of JORDAN DAVID's patented self-cleaning Angle Tread® design. The treads widen and deepen from the instep to the outer edge. When you take a step the design expels snow, slush and mud the same way an ice cube tray expels ice cubes when you twist it.

Did you ever notice how your shoes wear on an angle? That's because your weight is on your foot's metatarsal bones. The Angle Tread® design ingeniously aligns the tread with your metatarsal bones placing your weight directly on the tread. The result? You get better traction using ICEGRIPS® than with competing products.

You can safely climb a ladder with ICEGRIPS® because there's a 2 inch cleat free arch...so no there's no slippery metal to metal contact on the rungs...and a ½" heel to makes climbing a lot safer.

Obviously...once ICEGRIPS® are on your shoes or boots their on to stay! They won't get pulled off if you walk through deep snow or step in mud like lesser quality products.
