Altragrips-Lite® Shoe Attachments

Requiring employees on the loading dock to wear slip-resistant shoes and that will improve safety. But no rubber soled slip resistant shoe is very effective on ice. Slip resistant shoe attachments but typically those most effective on ice can actually reduce traction on smooth dry and wet surfaces increasing the risk of injury. Most ice traction devices should not be worn when driving or operating a tow motor.

So if you have typical ice grips you have to instruct the employees to remove them every time they go indoors or hop back on the tow motor and that's not practical or even reasonable to expect.
